App Automation Associate

The Accenture App Automation Associate 2026 role is part of Accenture's Technology for Operations (TFO) team, which acts as a trusted advisor to Accenture Operations and builds innovative, secure technologies for an intelligent operating model. As an App Automation Engineering New Associate, you will help drive automation in application maintenance – reducing ticket-based effort using a mix of AI, RPA and custom bots for automated and assisted ticket resolution. It is a full-time, individual-contributor role with a focused scope of work, and may require working in rotational shifts – a solid start for freshers who want to build a career in intelligent automation.

Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines under supervision. Support automation in application maintenance with Automation Anywhere, RPA and AI-based bots. Help with automated / assisted ticket resolution, ticket analytics and monitoring. Handle incident management and hands-on troubleshooting. Work as an individual contributor within your team and with your direct supervisor.

A BE degree (0–1 year of experience; freshers welcome). Exposure to Automation Anywhere and incident management. Hands-on troubleshooting ability and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of MySQL and good written and verbal communication. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and build strong client relationships.
