Testing & Quality Engineering: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts - Execute manual and automation testing activities - Design test cases using an automation-first mindset - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing - Conduct defect tracking and root cause analysis - Participate in defect triage meetings - Improve QA processes and testing best practices Collaboration: - Work with Delivery Managers and Project Managers - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Support automation improvements - Mentor junior team members Continuous Improvement: - Enhance test frameworks - Improve testing efficiency - Contribute to CI/CD implementation - Use AI tools to improve productivity
