Analyst

Flex, a leading company, is conducting an Off Campus Drive in 2026 for freshers to join as Analyst – VMI in Chennai. The role involves inventory monitoring, sales order management, financial analysis, and reporting using MS Excel and ERP systems. Eligible candidates hold B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or MBA (Finance) with 0‑2 years of experience.

Monitor and reconcile inventory at third‑party warehouse locations; Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO); Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce ageing inventory; Prepare weekly inventory and sales reports; Perform reconciliation between sub‑modules and trial balance; Analyze inventory and financial data to support business decisions; Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal processes; Use MS Excel and ERP systems for reporting and analysis; Work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve inventory efficiency

Good understanding of MS applications (Basic level); Good knowledge of accounting principles; Good written/oral communication skills in English; Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems; Good analytical skills and should be a team player; Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict deadlines on projects; Strong knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of financial statements is a must; Should inculcate the ability to work in a team
