QualityKiosk Technologies is hiring AI QA Engineers with 3–6 years of experience to validate AI-powered applications, test chatbots, AI agents, copilots, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows. The role involves prompt-based testing, hallucination detection, AI safety verification, and monitoring AI behavior using observability platforms. Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure reliable, secure, and high‑quality Generative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Validate AI-powered applications and enterprise GenAI solutions; Test chatbots, AI agents, copilots, and conversational AI platforms; Perform prompt‑based testing and multi‑turn conversation testing; Validate RAG workflows; Detect hallucinations and grounding failures; Perform adversarial testing; Verify AI safety, reliability, and response quality; Monitor AI behavior using tools like Arize, Giskard, Fiddler, WhyLabs, Phoenix; Collaborate with developers and AI engineers; Document AI quality metrics and testing reports; Ensure enterprise AI applications meet quality standards.
