AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Siemens Energy is hiring AI/Machine Learning Engineers for its Gurgaon office. The company is one of the world's largest energy technology companies with approximately 100,000 employees across more than 90 countries. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career engineers to work on real-world AI and Machine Learning projects, Generative AI, RAG, and production-grade ML pipelines with experienced AI engineers and cloud technologies.

Build and maintain Machine Learning pipelines. Assist in developing Generative AI applications. Work on NLP and text processing. Develop RAG-based workflows. Create FastAPI backend services. Build AI-powered APIs. Integrate ML models into enterprise applications. Optimize ML models for better performance. Write clean and reusable Python code. Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Teams. Debug AI workflows and production pipelines. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies.

Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Data Preprocessing, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, FastAPI, REST APIs, Git, Software Development Practices. Good to have: Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AWS, Azure, LLM Applications, Cloud Deployment.
