Zeta Internship

Zeta is a next‑generation banking technology company that provides software for banks and financial firms. The intern will work closely with the Learning & Organization Development (L&OD) team on high‑impact initiatives related to AI, DEIB, capability building, and large‑scale people programs. Responsibilities include supporting the design and execution of learning initiatives, managing program operations, analyzing data and participant feedback, researching emerging workplace learning trends, and creating communication materials such as internal blogs, presentations, and engagement campaigns.
